yes, because -txcsum also disables Rx checksum on my NIC.

# ifconfig re0
....
options=1b<RXCSUM,TXCSUM,VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING>
....
# ifconfig re0 -txcsum
....
options=18<VLAN_MTU,VLAN_HWTAGGING>
....
