sshd attempting to start twice?

Hi there,

any clues why sshd is attempting to start twice?


 sshd[836]: error: Bind to port 22 on :: failed: Address already in use.
sshd[836]: error: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0 failed: Address already in use.


here is the /etc/rc.conf of the server:
