Binary file not executable

I'm freebsd beginner
I Download RealPlayer10GOLD.bin from http://www.real.com/linux/
then chmod +x RealPlayer10GOLD.bin
run
./RealPlayer10GOLD.bin
but broken
the message is

ELF binary type "0" not known.
./RealPlayer10GOLD.bin: Exec format error. Binary file not executable.

How can I do this?
Not install in port
