ZendOptimizer and libm.so.2?

I did some more research:

#ln -s /lib/libm.so.3 /lib/libm.so.2
then continue with Zend installation."
Which leads me to believe I'm correct in thinking Zend Optimizer really
just needs libm.so.2, right?
