Intel EMT64 Xeon to use I386 or AMD64?

I have Dual xeon EMT64 2.8 GHz with 2 gig of ram.


Is it better to install i386 on it or go for AMD64?


I'll use it mainly for MySQL with 400 queries per second in the peak time.
