asrock 939 sata controller problems

hello,
i have Asrock 939 motherboard with freebsd 6.0.

i got only "atapci0: <GENERIC ATA controller>" and
"
[root at sun /home/d-str]# atacontrol mode ad4
current mode = UDMA33
"
disk performance is very low.
