Pure-FTPD error message upon startup

this is what i have for my vsftpd-setup :

ftp:*:14:5::0:0:Anonymous FTP Admin:/home/ftp:/bin/sh

(i think the ftp-home defaults to /var/ftp but i prefer this,
btw, i don't like the fact that pureftpd doesn't let your upload
directories by default, which vsftpd does)
