nubie question - Ports - Ruby 1.8.4

Hmm.  The first time you use portsnap to update your ports tree, you
need to

 # portsnap fetch
 # portsnap extract

Then, at subsequent updates, you say

 # portsnap fetch
 # portsnap update

You need to run both to update properly.

If that doesn't get you sorted, we'll take another look!
