Problems since the libtool upgrade

Ever since the libtool upgrade (I'm not saying it's related), I have been 
unable to run dual screens.  I can run the same window on two screens, but 
if I try to use dual screens, the box locks up hard.  I'm not sure if this 
is an xorg problem or a gnome problem.

What other window managers are capable of displaying dual screens?  I 
think, if I install a different w/m, I'll be able to determine if the 
problem is with xorg or with the gnome.
