Where to place refuse file for CVSUP?

from man 1 cvsup:

  If the supfile includes the command base=/foo the refuse files would be:

           /foo/sup/refuse
           /foo/sup/src-all/refuse
           /foo/sup/src-all/refuse.cvs:RELENG_3

In effect, yes, with base=/var/db your refuse file should be /var/db/sup/refuse.
