Hi, all

I have the following setting in /etc/rc.conf

ntpd_enable="YES"
ntpd_flags="-c /etc/ntp.conf -p /var/run/ntpd.pid"

When system start up, I check ntpd connection with

int:~# ntpq -p
No association ID's returned

I have to restart ntpd to connect to other servers, after restart ntpd I see

int:~# ntpq -p
     remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter

Why I have to restart ntpd to get connected? I don't have this problem with
release 4.7.

Thanks,

Vincent Chen
