panic on 5.4 SMP kernel when jailed apache is used heavily

Most likely you need to update the src and recompile:

.2.9&r2=1.494.2.10&f=h

The link above is where the problem occurs once you enable SMP Kernel you'll
receive Fatal Trap Error.
