Extremly interesting df output. Help, please.

After reboot the df output returns to normal:
Filesystem  1K-blocks    Used   Avail Capacity  Mounted on
/dev/ad0s1a    253678   35874  197510    15%    /
devfs               1       1       0   100%    /dev
/dev/ad0s1d   9206302 7379230 1090568    87%    /usr

So the problem is solved. I can't repeat it, so can't check if it happends 
in 6.0
