server problem

I was wondering if you could help me with a problem a few months ago i start using free bsd on a computer then used it to web serve, this worked fine when i set it up. after a few months my IP address change as it is dynamic after this i could still use ftp from elsewhere but no one could access my pages. could you help me with this?
