There are some errors in the CUPS log:

"/usr/local/etc/cups/ppds.dat", 16 PPDs...
I [20/Feb/2006:09:44:19 -0800] LoadPPDs: No new or changed PPDs...
I [20/Feb/2006:09:44:19 -0800] Full reload complete.
