LDAP account manager (LAM) does'n work correctly

Temporarily in test time, I load all available schemas in system - 
include samba.schema.
I think, that I forget some litlle thing over installation.
Do I have to config additionally php.ini or http.conf after LAM 
installation? (or other config file).
