Thank you for response, but this page is for antediluvian FreeBSD versions.
Their key feature is MAKEDEV script to create ulpt entry in /dev.
There is no MAKEDEV script since FreeBSD 5, but there is devfs,
which must create this entry automatically. 

But it does not create it for me.

Why?
