Mostly indirectly. The stable mailing list I guess might be of interest.
/usr/src/UPDATING has info you should check after (or before using
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/) a source sync.

All the commits to the source/doc/www/ports trees are sent to these lists.
You can subscribe to these and see every file change(if that info is impor-
tant to you)

What do you want to know about? Stability fixes? Security fixes?
The project's homepage has "SECURITY ADVISORIES" and "ERRATA NOTICES"
you should check every now and then...

Cause since 6-STABLE is a branch, will get every other day a fix or two, which
in most cases will make minimal difference to the user's eye.
