make distribution fails

I do:

# cd /usr/src
# make buildworld
# make KERNCONF=DISKLESS buildkernel
# mkdir /var/diskless/FreeBSD
# make DESTDIR=/var/diskless/FreeBSD installworld
# make DESTDIR=/var/diskless/FreeBSD distribution
# make DESTDIR=/var/diskless/FreeBSD KERNCONF=DISKLESS installkernel

You have to build/install world before distribution.
