portsnap segmentation fault

I just updated it, and now get the error:
Building new INDEX files... make_index: Circular dependency loop
found: timidity++-2.13.2_1 depends upon itself.

Is that a problem with the database file or something?  Do I just wait
for Colin to fix it?
