Which CPUTYPE?

Both of your machines are 686-class machines, using -mpentium or - 
mpentiumpro would be fine.  There is an advantage to not compiling  
the kernel with 386 and 486 suppport, but after that the difference  
between 586 and 686 is fairly minimal....
