portupgrade: what must I fix in this pkgtools.conf entry?

Offhand, I can't follow all of the ghostscript logic, so you might try
adding WITHOUT_GHOSTSCRIPT.

Also, it might be an indirect dependency.  Is one of the other
dependencies pulling it in?
