SV: 6.0 install problems in HP DL380 Array 5i

Yes, I recently upgraded an ML350 with a SA-641 card to 6.0-RC1. 
That one too stalls at boot at the same place. 
Not 2 minutes, but like 45 seconds.
No problem installing via cd though.
