SSH X11 forwarding fail

Hi,

I am SSH'ing to a FreeBSD machine and enable X11 forwarding.

Everything was working fine untill I rebooted this morning.

Since then:

# xterm
X Error of failed request:  BadAtom (invalid Atom parameter)
  Major opcode of failed request:  20 (X_GetProperty)
  Atom id in failed request:  0x17
  Serial number of failed request:  3
  Current serial number in output stream:  3
# env|grep DISPLAY
DISPLAY=localhost:10.0

What could that be?
