OT: relaying Exim n Exchnage

Excuse the cross post 

Hi all sort of OT here

I setup my bsd box (spam and AV) and I have been testing, from the box I CAN
send through my Exchange to my exchange account, works perfect not a hitch.

The issue is when I try to send to an external email address it the message
freezes.

I DID allow relaying from machine 192.168.1.4 under SMTP in Exchange.

Ok here's the error I'm receiving

SMTP<< 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for root at mail.familycareintl.org
  SMTP<< 554 5.5.2 No valid recipients
  SMTP>> QUIT
LOG: MAIN
  ** root at mail.familycareintl.org R=dnslookup T=remote_smtp: SMTP error from
remote mailer after RCPT TO:<root at mail.familycareintl.org>: host
mail.familycareintl.org [68.167.21.154]: 550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for
root at mail.familycareintl.org
