(Badly formatted message omitted) I suspect that you didn't follow the README's instructions and instead tried to put the 2880k "boot.flp" on a 1440k floppy. You only need the other two images if you have a 1440k drive. IIRC, the big one is for a few special drives and for use on "El Torito" bootable CDROMs.
