Cannot use cvsup

Hello,
I can't use cvsup for some reason.  I just tried upgrading from 5.3 to
5.4.  When I try to use cvsup, it says this:
su-2.05b# cvsup
/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: Shared object "libXaw.so.8" not found, required by
"cvsup"

And if I try to re-add cvsup, it says this:
su-2.05b# cd /usr/ports/net/cvsup/
su-2.05b# make install
make: don't know how to make install. Stop

Can someone please help me with this?  I don't know what to do from here...
