use file backed md(4) devices. And then mount these devices.
Example (newfs is nessesary only first time):
# dd if=/dev/zero of=dir2md bs=1m count=10
10+0 records in

# mdconfig -a -t vnode -f dir2md
md0
#newfs /dev/md0
/dev/md0: 10.0MB (20480 sectors) block size 16384, fragment size 2048
using 4 cylinder groups of 2.52MB, 161 blks, 384 inodes.
super-block backups (for fsck -b #) at:
160, 5312, 10464, 15616
#mount /dev/md0 /web/dir2
