Use atacontrol(8):

# atacontrol mode 0
Master = UDMA66
Slave  = BIOSPIO

# atacontrol mode 0 udma33 biospio

# atacontrol mode 0
Master = UDMA33
Slave = BIOSPIO

They are warnings, but a UDMA speed mismatch can bite you when you least 
expect it :)
