install of phpmyadmin fails looking for PDFlib-Lite-6.0.0p1.tar.gz

i followed the instructions here:

although in looking at this it appears to be upgrading the versions of  
ports that are available and not the ports themselves yes?

that being said I think I am looking at CVSup to update the ports  
collection correct?
