New Problem with adding X-Headers

I recently posted about a problem I was having adding X-Headers to
outgoing email using Sendmail. I used the following in the [domain].mc
file.

LOCAL_CONFIG
HX-WARNING: This was added by to the email (example)

The above example X-Header is now added to all outgoing email. The
problem is that it is also added to all email that I receive. That is
not what I had desired. How can I alleviate this problem.
