procmail in v4 vs v5

Try without all this fanciness:

	% echo '|/usr/local/bin/procmail' > ~/.forward
	% chmod 0600 .forward

This doesn't look very right.  It seems that Sendmail is trying to
locate a binary called:

	"exec /usr/local/bin/procmail"
