Put
 FETCH_ENV= HTTP_PROXY=http://<user>:<pwd>@proxy.example.com:8080
FETCH_ENV= FTP_PROXY=http://<user>:<pwd>@proxy.example.com:8080

in file /etc/make.conf
It works for me!!
