Exim-4.50&&FreeBSD-5.4-STABLE

Hi ALL!
I have a some problem with Exim-4.50. I create Local/Makefile with some options(MySQL including) but it's not so important. After that I do next steps... and there is result of "steps":
worm# cd /var/tmp/exim-4.50
worm# make
../scripts/Configure-Makefile: ../scripts/os-type: Permission denied
*** Error code 1

Stop in /var/tmp/exim-4.50.
Can any know what is mean and how solve this problem?
