how to install portindex?

Hello all,

I've been reading about portindex and finally decided to install it.
The problem is I can't find it.
It should be in sysutils/portindex but there's no such directory.

# whereis portindex
portindex:

I can't find it on www.freebsd.org/ports either.
What am I missing?
