config MYKERNEL ==> unknown option "ICMP_BANDLIM"

Dear users,

I suspect that the kernel option "ICMP_BANDLIM" is not included in "FreeBSD 
5.3 RC1".

The response after the command "config MYKERNEL" is:
'MYKERNEL: unknown option "ICMP_BANDLIM"'

Are the sources simply missing?
