tracking per process IO usage / stats ... help needed..

Wow - that is really useful.  I didn't know you could
output like that in 5.x.

Well, porting it is way beyond my abilities, so yes,
if it is not too much trouble, that would be great. 
Alternatively, is there any other way to get this
information in 4.x - perhaps without top, etc. ?
