I am in search of a FreeBSD Administrator for some web applications we are hosting. Can you point us in the right direction?

Our current administrator had to leave for an emergency and we are concerned about maintaining our current infrastructure. 

We are a grassroots "ma-pa" shop based in Seattle, Washington.
