FreeBSD won't install or boot on HP NX9110 notebook

Have you tried disabling ACPI in your BIOS? If I boot without ACPI support,
but it is enabled in the BIOS, I get a kernel panic during boot. A notebook
without ACPI support is rather shabby though :/
