4.10 stable release info

ehm... just my 2 pence:
i'm as eager as you to see new features implemented (the completion of ACPI support in the 5.x
version, for example), but i really don't think this is an acceptable way to address people who are
putting their skills and their time at the service of the FreeBSD community.
please, watch your attitude. thanks
