cdrecord error or bad media ?

Hi,

System : 5.2.1-Release-p5
mkisofs : 2.0.3
cdrecord : 2.00.3

I'm trying to burn an iso onto a cd-rw. First made the iso with :
mkisofs -r -o beni.iso -T -J /home/beni/cds/
without any error messages.

Then wanted to put the beni.iso file onto an blanked cd-rw with :
cdrecord -v dev=4,0,0 beni.iso speed=24 -data

and that gave me the following output, but writes nothing useful on the cd...
What goes wrong ? Is it my cd-rw media (tried it with another cd with same 
result...), is it cdrecord or is something else wrong ?
