FreeBSD doesnt ship an SNMP daemon with the base system, if it did it
would've been placed in /usr/sbin, you can test which port that
binary came from using:

% pkg_which /usr/local/sbin/snmpd

The package you'd want to use for SNMP is net-snmp.
