Configuring Port Forwarding behind PPPoE

How do you drive your PPPoE line? Netgraph with mpd and PF? Or user_ppp with 
ipfw? Or pppoed with IPFilter?
There are too many combinations to guess.
You should use the service which does the nat for you to do the redirection 
also.
