CVSup issue (again) !

I suspect that may have been a simple typo.  Well spotted, but it's
ancient history now.  At the time, most people would simply have
cvsup'd to the latest versions on the RELENG_4_8 branch when they
received the advisory, so they wouldn't have been affected by it.
