FreeBSD Port: frozenbubble-0.9.3

I had the same issue running on 4.9-stable.

I did a couple of things... I downgraded p5-sdl and I messed around with
the use.perl setting (which I don't know is used in -current any more).

I just built it again with the upgraded p5-sdl and it works fine, so...
