If you are submitting a question regarding an incident or wish to initiate a case, please be advised that a case manager will respond to your question or issue within the next 3 business days. (See note re. special holiday closeure.)   
If you are an HP  employee, in the interim, you may wish to refer to the Standards of Business Conduct at:  http://sbc.corp.hp.com/index.htm.  Our role in this process will be to assist you in interpreting the Standards of Business Conduct and, if necessary, finding appropriate resources to help resolve the issue. These resources may include other support or functional specialists. Involving others in the process will be done with your permission or anonymously.

You may wish to also consider consulting other resources in the interim such as your manager or your HR representative, if appropriate.
