arp table manipulation

G'day --

In order to route traffic to my bridge in this environment, I need to
craft arp packets in the manner of send_arp
(http://www.insecure.org/sploits/arp.games.html).  Does anyone know of
similar code that will work on FreeBSD (or another way to achieve the
same ends)?
