Whan can I do if OS does not boot after makeworld

Hi Everybody , 

	I heared in list and some sites that some times after makeworld
system can't boot .  I wonder What FreeBSD Admins make to solve this problem
. Does possbile to prevent this problem ?! Any way ?!
