Hello!
there are some useful tools for changing size of partition. Look for 
"FIPS" and remember to backup your data.
Tools that dynamically change partitions, can make some damage.
Next time you'll be installing OS, remember to distribute some more disk 
space for dirs like /var /tmp /usr.
