Help - problem in contacting moderators

Hi all folks,

I have been trying, by emails under the subject-'Request for assistance', to 
contact the moderators of this list at

freebsd-questions-owner at freebsd.org
and
owner-freebsd-questions at freebsd.org

about problem in posting to this list   But all mails were rejected saying 
being held.  The reason it is being held:

Post by non-member to a members-only list

Kindly advise how to contact moderators
